I seen a bunch of fruita planta videos on youtube and thought, hmmm maybe I will try it. I was apprehensive at first bc i swear my body does NOT respond to diet pills.I started at 197lbs (female, 5'6) I admit I lost nothing the first two weeks. but OMG by the second month I literally lost 6 pounds a week.I had side effects only in the beginning stages, ex shoulder pain (NOT GOOD!!!!!) and dry mouth. (only for like a day. I then took half of a pill (broke it open) i would take half of the pill if you are just starting out until your body gets used to it.

This product really works. First month I used my first box I lost 18 pounds. Curbs appetite, dry mouth and in my case I have to take laxatives cause I got constipated the first two weeks, after that not problem. 2nd, 3rd, 4th to the 7th month I was losing an average of 10 to 13 pounds per month. Until finally the 8th month my total losing weight was 70 pounds. I am so happy my life change. Of course, I add exercise like aerobics, zumba, walking 20 minutes every day. If you don't exercise at least 15 minutes walking every day, there is not way your fat is going to reduce, you have to help the pill.

I only wanted to lose about 15 lbs. and I did without changing my diet very much. I still take it every morning and have been able to keep the weight off.

I've been trying to lose weight for a while now and was not getting much success until a friend introduce me to this produce and I got amazing results. I've lost over 60lbs and still dropping. As the saying goes,"Good things are hard to come by" I had a difficult time finding this product after the place I use to go to shut down. Finally I came across this website and after reading the other reviews decide to give it a try. I was a little apprehensive at first about ordering online fearing I might get a "dummy" pill but when my shipment came and I saw it was authentic, I was excited. Weather your trying to lose 5lbs or 500 lbs this produce REALLY WORKS!! I was 450lbs and now am 389lbs I still have ways to go but with the help of Fruta Planta I now I'll get there!
